DEVICE OPERATION
Pressing the button for three seconds will activate an external alarm call. Both LEDs will
turn on.
Once the external call has been placed an additional local intercom connection will
be enabled to allow for communication with all connected audio modules and the
external receiver. The local intercom connection will automatically be disabled when
the external call is hung up.
Alternatively, pressing the button for 1 second will enable or disable a local intercom
connection only. The red LED will indicate this.
After an alarm press is initiated there is a 15 minute time out period. During this time the
Triphony Unit will activate local audio if there is an incoming call. The Triphony Unit will
automatically swtich back to standby mode when the 15 minutes is up.
