The following messages may appear on the error page:

13 Your ticket has expired. Please
renew your subscription. Use
this ordering link. Your subscription has expired. You
have to purchase a ticket, in order to
continue to use Avira WebProtector.
Insert this ticket in the
administration interface, in the
Subscription section.
14 Your license is already being
used on another computer or
all the sessions of your
subscription are already being
used. You are using your license
simultaneously on more computers
than your subscription allows. Log off
the Avira WebProtector user on a
computer from the tray icon while
connected to the Internet. Thus a
session will be made available and
you may use Avira WebProtector on
another computer.
Unless logged off manually, every
session is activated after 24 hours.
Therefore, if you replace a defective
computer, the software automatically
runs on the new computer after 24
hours.
53 A demo ticket has already been
assigned for this computer.
You are only entitled to one
free demo ticket per computer.
You have to subscribe in order
to continue using Avira
WebProtector. Use this
ordering link. The free use of Avira WebProtector is
available only for a limited period. In
order to continue using Avira
WebProtector, you have to purchase a
license key (a so-called ticket). Enter
this ticket in the administration
interface in the Subscription section.
401 The Avira WebProtector Client
Service is not running. Please
restart your computer! If this
error message appears again
afterwards, please ask your
administrator for help. First restart your computer. Then
follow the instructions given in FAQ
about Services.
