4. Remove the blanking plate from the bottom of the surface mount adapter and replace with the conduit
plate.
5. Remove the mounting template and slide the surface mount accessory onto the conduit and align the
mounting holes with the screw anchors.
NOTE:
If using a conduit pipe with a nut, fasten the nut onto the pipe after inserting it into the surface
mount.
6. Install the surface mount to the wall using the 4 provided screws.
