Installing a Barcode Scanner

Plug the barcode scanner into one of the USB ports on the underside of the scale.

The scanner must be configured before use. The scale is typically pre

‐

configured for use with a

scanner when ordered from Avery Berkel, otherwise a technician will need to set it up.

The scale now recognises barcodes when:

Adding/editing product PLUs

•

Selecting a PLU

•

On counter receipts

•
