quality is, the bigger the file size is. Also not good for internet transmitting 

 

Video Bitrate: 

32Kbps~1Mbps (the higher the Video Bitrate is, the better the video quality is). 

 

Video Frame Rate:

 The video refreshing rate per second. 

 

GOP Size:

 It means "

Group of Pictures

". 

 

Video Format:

 H.264 or JPEG.
