During operation
W
Plug connectors may not be plugged in or pulled out during
load. Switch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs to avoid damaging the electrical parts.
W
Switches and configurations may not be changed during
operation. Changed settings are only accepted once the
device has been switched off and on again.
During commissioning
W
The device cannot operate properly if switches have not
been set correctly. Make sure that all switches have been
set correctly to avoid malfunctions.
W
Changed settings only become valid after the device has
been turned off and on again. Never change the settings
during operation. Always switch the device off before
changing settings.
Cleaning
W
Never use solvents or aggressive detergents. Only clean the
device using a slightly damp cloth. Only use water to do this
and, if necessary, a mild detergent.
Disposal
W
Dispose of the device in accordance with the currently
applicable regulations in your country.

PROFIBUS DP
The integrated bus electronics links the valve system (VS) LP04
to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) via various bus
protocols.
