A well-aligned display should look like this.

If the rubber nosepiece insert rests comfortably on your nose and you can see the entire display,
you are done and ready to connect to your playback device for viewing. If not, remove the
rubber insert and try the other nose pads to find the most comfortable one which keeps your
eyes in the right position to see all four corners of the screen. You may need to adjust the nose
pad up or down with the adjustment wheel between the lenses.
