4) INSTALLATION, POSITIONING AND FIXING
Connect the DIN 7-pole male connector (Cn1a) of the keypad to the DIN 7-pole female connector (Cn1b) of the extension.
Insert the “flying” RJ45 connector (Cn2) in a wall socket (ex. Art. 441029C6), previously wired.

These devices can be used in the context of an emergency call management system and in accordance with what is described in this manual and in the manual of compatible system products. They can
be installed inside rooms, within the indicated temperature limits. The opening of the appliances entails the immediate termination of the industrial guarantee. Any other use is to be considered improper and
prohibited. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, other than that provided for in this manual. Read this manual carefully in all its parts.

2) GENERALITIES
The devices are keypads with two (CALL02P) or three (CALL03P) buttons that can be used to manage the nurse call and one or two light devices.
The keypads are supplied with a 2m long connection cable with a 7-pin male DIN connector; each device is supplied with an extension cable with “tear-proof” function with DIN 7-pole female connection
and RJ45 “flying” connector.
The device is equipped with Braille Coding (zone X under call button A, see fig. 1a) and three red LEDs for identifying the product in the dark.

The Keypads are supplied with their own anti-tear and anti-suffocation extension.
The pinout of the “flying” RJ45 connector of the extension is as follows:
• Pin 1 - Call button A (NC) 1 A - 24 Vdc
• Pin 2 - Call button A (NC) 1 A - 24 Vdc
• Pin 3 - Button B (NA) 1 A - 24 Vdc
• Pin 4 - Not used
• Pin 5 - Not used
• Pin 6 - Anode (+) Red LEDs (L1a = L1b = L1c = Red LED Ø 3 mm)
• Pin 7 - GND (common of button B and red LED cathode)
3.2.1) Connection
