Replying to sender
After you listen to a message, you can reply to the message sender.
Prerequisites

Log into your mailbox. See

To reply to sender, in the Message Options menu, press

The system provides this option only if the sender has a valid mailbox.
Attention:
This does not apply to guest mailboxes.

After the tone, record the message and press any key when finished.

The system returns to the Message Options menu.

To listen to the recorded message, press

To erase and rerecord the message, press
