2. Click the Global User Profiles tab.
3. Click New Profile .
4. Complete the global user profile details.
5. Click
Save Profile .
6. Click Done .
Variable definition
Use the information in the following table to create a global user profile.
Variable Value
Profile Name Specifies the unique name assigned to the user profile.
Use Domain User Information Specifies that the Avaya EAC Agent gets the logon
credentials from the domain.
Use Profile Defined User
Information Specifies that the Avaya EAC Agent uses the logon
credentials that are given for the current profile.
