6.4. Configure Events
In order to create an event both a recipient and an action rule must be created. A recipient is
created before an action rule.
6.4.1. Add a new recipient
Click on
Events
Recipients
in the left window and in the main window, click on
Add
.
Enter a suitable
Name
for the
Recipient
and ensure that
Type
is set to
SIP
. The
From
and
To
must be chosen. The
From SIP account
should be that created in
Section 6.2
. The
To SIP
address
will be the IP Office extension that is to be called. A
Test
can be done to verify the call
to the extension before it is saved.
