You can program 5 numbers on a Personal Abbreviated Dialing List (in some
cases you may have a 10 number list). To program a number follow the steps
below:
1) Pickup your handset or press “Speaker”
2) Dial the abbreviated dialing programming code: *0
3) Dial the number “1” (this is the number of the list we use)
4) Dial the position on the list (1 through 5) you want to program.
5) Dial the phone number you want to add (remember to include a 9 if
it’s an outside number)
6) Press # to save.
To call a number on your abbreviated dialing list:
1) Pickup your handset or press “Speaker”
2) Dial the abbreviated dialing list code: *1
3) Dial the position number of the phone number you want to call (1
through 5).
Example:
“*11” dials the first number programmed on your list.
“*15” dials the 5
th
(last) number programmed on your list.
Note: If you have a 10 number list the 10
th
number is dialed using only the
0 like this:
“*10”.
