Electrical Connection 

 

 
 
 
 
 

This unit should be properl y grounded for your safety.  The power cord of this  unit is equipped with a 
three-prong plug which mates with standard three prong wall outlets to minimize the possibility of 
electrical shock. 
 
Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third ground prong from the power cord supplied. 
 
Never use an extension cord to connect power to the unit. 
 
Never use a two-prong grounding adapter. 
 
Where a two-prong wall receptacle is encountered, contact a qualified electrician to have it replaced 
with a 3-prong receptacle in accordance with applicable electrical codes. 
 
This unit requires a standard 115/120 Volts A.C.~/60Hz electrical outlet with three-prong ground. 
 
The cord should be secured behind the unit and not left exposed or dangling to prevent accidental 
injury.

Door Lock 

Your unit is provided with a lock and key combination. 
The keys are located inside the plastic bag that contains the User’s Guide. Insert the key into the lock   
and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the door. To lock the door do the re verse operation making sure 
metal pin is engaged completely. Remove the key and place it in a secure place for safekeeping.

Reversing the Door Swing of Your Unit 

This appliance has the capability of either opening the door from the left or right side. The  unit is 
delivered to you with the door opening from the left side. Should you desire to reverse the opening 
direction, please call customer service for reversal instructions.

Setting the Temperature Control 

The unit is designed for refrigerator and freezer combination. You may adjust the temperature control to 
select the refrigerator or freezer function according to the purpose of use.

To use as a refrigerator, you may set the temperature control dial at the “MAX” 
position by turning the knob clockwise from the starting or “OFF” position. After 
24 hours, adjust the control to the setting that best suites your needs. Always 
align the red dot located over the “OFF” marking with the selected temperature 
setting.

To use as a freezer, you may set the temperature control dial at the “MAX” 
position by turning the knob clockwise from the starting or “OFF” position. After 
24 hours, adjust the control to the setting that best suites your needs. Always 
align the red dot located over the “OFF” marking with the selected temperature setting . 

 

NOTE: To set dial button, always follow the arrow direction. Never turn dial button counterclockwise (to 
the left).
