Compliance with FDA performance standards is located on the top center of the rear panel.

Labeling indicating compliance with FDA performance standards can be found on the top section of
the rear panel on the laser module above the master power key switch.

Labeling indicating model #, and Serial # of the unit is located on the back panel above the BNC
modulation input port connector.
