3. Hold the tablet level with the horizon, with the LCD side facing up.

Software Issues
An application program does not work correctly.

Make sure that the software is correctly installed.

If an error message appears on the screen, consult the software program's documentation
for further information.

If you are sure the operation has stopped, reset the tablet.
Software Note
When updating the operating system for the tablet, the AC adapter must be connected to the tablet
as a power source.
Audio Issues
The tablet produces no audio.

Make sure that the volume control is not set too low. Increase the volume.

Make sure that the sound is not muted.

Make sure that the tablet is not in Sleep mode.

If using an external speaker, make sure that the speaker is properly connected.
The audio is distorted.

Make sure that the volume control is not set too high or too low. In most cases, a high
setting can cause the audio electronics to distort the sound.
Startup Issues
When the tablet is turned on, it does not respond and the power indicator LED does
not light up.

If you are using an external AC power, make sure that the AC adapter is correctly and
securely connected. If so, make sure that the electrical outlet works properly.
