INITIALIZATION FILE
Instead of configuring the UHD Player via the
, all settings can also be edited within the
player’s
Initialization File. The
initialization file “
U
HDPlayerSetting.ini”
can be found on the supplied
SD Card. This file contains the current configuration of the UHD Player
,
with all possible options. It
can be edited on a computer by using any text editor.

nitialization File opened in a text editor
After a file is edited, it always needs to be saved without its name being changed, in order to be
accepted by the player.
Once the SD Card has been plugged into the
, the UHD Player automatically accepts the
configuration changes.
Instead of the SD Card
,
you can also use a USB data carrier to do the job. To do this
,
please save the
initialization file in the root folder of your USB data carrier.
PLEASE NOTE:
Data transfer is usually faster via an SD Card than via a USB data carrier. When using a USB data
carrier
,
please ensure that the read speed is minimum 30 MByte/s.
The UHD Player will only read from the USB data carrier (use the
) if the SD Card has
been removed.
