EDID Management
EDID Management
The splitter features EDID management, which provides three EDID
options for different resolutions output and ensures that the HDMI
source reliably outputs correct content for display.
The following table lists the EDID information built in the splitter. You
can toggle the switch to a certain position to read EDID from a specific
output or to directly use the EDID information.
Position Description
COPY (Default) Copy EDID by turn from output 1 to 8 and output
the first one
Note:
If EDID copy failed, it will use 1080p.2ch as
EDID for input
1080p Use 1080p, stereo
4K2K Use 4K2K, stereo
Note:
After you change the EDID, repower the splitter for the changes
to take effect.
