Stripping an area code:
Press the MENU key.
Select ADVANCED SET and press the OK key.
Select AREA CODE and press the OK key.
Enter the area code and press the OK key to confi rm.

Viewing the dialed call list:
Press the REDIAL key. The last dialed number will show on the display.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to scroll through the call list.

Saving a dialed call to a phone book:
Press the MENU key.
To save a number, select
a number,

the desired phone book to save the entry to.
Enter a name for this contact and press the OK key.
Edit the number if necessary. Press the OK key.
Matching a phone book record:
If a dialed number matches a phone number stored in the phone book, that phone book
name will be displayed instead of the dialed number.
NOTE: The record is now saved into the phone book. The dialed record is still in your
dialed list, but it will show the new name entered.

Users can strip the area code from the incoming caller’s number. A return call can be made
directly using the number in the call history.
The area code can be up to 5 digits long. The area code will be removed from the incoming
caller’s number that corresponds to the entered area code.
To strip the area code, follow the steps provided below.
