Install the driver and
follow the instructions for configuration to set up and use the MMS with
an RTI system.
URC

follow the instructions for configuration to set up and use the MMS with
a URC system.
Firmware Updates
View the current firmware version on the MMS, update the software
in the MMS, download utility and control software for controlling the
server and synchronizing content, and contact remote technical support
on the Firmware Tab.
From time to time, new software is released to add new services,
features, and correct any reported issues. If there is an update available,
a button will appear in this section that allows download and application
of the update.
After clicking the Update Firmware button, the MMS automatically
downloads the latest version, installs the new operating firmware, and
restarts the MMS. This process can take several minutes depending on
the size of the update and internet speed.
WARNING:
Do not power off the MMS during a firmware update.
Doing so could require factory service to restore the MMS. The MMS
should become available within a few minutes, at which point the
update is complete and the MMS is available for normal use.
Other Software
This section contains links for starting the standalone
app or Web player for the MMS.
License and Hardware
This section displays the product license information and serial number.
Software serial number and hardware serial number are also printed on
the bottom of the unit.
Logging
Internal server logs and media databases can be uploaded here. Enter
your contact information and a description of the issue. These log files
are sent directly to Tech Support.
Remote Support
Tech Support may request remote access to a server through the Internet
in order to check the operation of a server during service calls.
In that event, a security code will be provided that can be entered into
this field to grant Technical Support remote access to the MMS.
