Caution 1:
Any under sizing of wire can be potentially dangerous; our
warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by using incorrect wire gauge.
The distance from the MPPT to your turbine should not exceed 60 meter
for safety reasons (Be sure to include the height of tower).
Caution 2:
Please review the above wire gauge table to install the correct
wires. We recommend these as the minimum wire sizes for the distance
from the MPPT to your turbine for optimal performance. Always use the
largest gauge wires that are practical and affordable. Local, state, and / or
national electrical codes take precedence over these general recomm-
endations.
