Cloning (Copying) The Automator

If you own two or more Automators, you can copy and
transfer all the programming from one to another
Automator. Just follow these easy steps:

Enter the SET UP mode by pressing and holding
MAIN and ENT. As usual, you have 30 seconds.

Go to page 2 of the SET UP menu via the PAGE
UP button.

Press the CLONE button. 

Align the two remote controls head-to-head, about
an inch apart.

Press the RECV display button on the new remote
control you would like to program by cloning.

Press the SEND display button on the remote con-
trol you previously programmed.

Press the START button on the new remote control
and then press the START button on your pro-
grammed remote control. 

Note: 

Typically cloning takes about 40 seconds.

After completion, the cloned remote control will
flash “GOOD”.

Return to normal operation by pressing the MAIN
button twice.
