Apply a fine layer of Vaseline to the outer edges of the new shutter and grease the new shutter rod. 

10.

 

To replace the shutter guides and sliding bands: 

•

 

Remove the 4 screws located on the side of each shutter guide assembly. 

•

 

Replace the 2 sliding bands, if required. 

•

 

Install the new shutter guides. 

11.

 

 Reassemble the shutter assembly (perform the steps in reverse order). 

12.

 

 Check the clearance space between the obstacle and the shutter (see 

Figure 17

). 

13.

 

To replace shutter protectors: 

•

 

Remove the 2 M4x16mm bolts, nylon spacers and M4 washers located near the ground cable [8] 

(see 

Figure 31
