User Guide
In any of theses cases, the following messages may be displayed on the screen:
When the call is performed, at the bottom of the screen on the left corner
will appear the message:
Calling to
If the tenant picks the handset up, the message will change to:
Talking
When the handset is hanged up, at the top of the screen with big letters the
message shown will be:
END OF CALL
If the telephone / monitor doesn’t exist, it’s turned off or it’s damaged, the
message will be:
NOT AVAILABLE
If the SDL (External SB) doesn’t exist or it’s damaged, the message will be:
NOT REPLY
If the line is occupied with another conversation (in example, with an
panel), the message will be:
LINE ENGAGED
1.2. From the tenants to the SB:
With the handset of the Telephone / Monitor picked up, press the door-release button
(
).
The tenant will not have video picture on the screen. The led will blink with green
light.
On the SB:
The SB will start the ringing tones and will show the information attached to that
Telephone/Monitor. If the guard porter answer the call or rejects it pressing the self-
starting button (
) of the SB, the call will not be stored in the
Queue

, otherwise
the register corresponding to that tenant will remain stored in the
Queue
database.
If the SB is engaged, the Telephone / Monitor’s led will shine with red light or, if
the installation has SDLs, in the speaker of the handset short and quick beeps will
be heart (tones of
line engaged
).
The SB always receives the call from the tenants whatever their operating mode
(Standard, Direct or Not Disturb).
When the SB gets the incoming call, the screen may display the following
messages:
When the incoming call is received, at the bottom of the screen, on the left
corner will appear the message:
Request from
If the guard porter lifts the handset up, the message will change to:
talking
When the conversation finishes, at the top of the screen with capitals letters
will appear the message:
END OF CALL

The registers stored in the queue will only disappear when the SB makes a call to that registers or if the
guard porter deletes them manually. If more than 25 missing calls are stored, the oldest of the queue will
be the first to be overwritten.
