other output port will may do not have video output if the connected display do
not support the video format Dolby Vision.
Note
：
1. Scale Down function only support the same frame resolution
conversion, like the 4K@60HZ only can down to 1080p@60HZ

4K/24HZ only can
down convert to 1080P/24HZ.
2. Scale down function only support YCBCR 4:4:4 or 4:2:0 or RGB color
format, and it do not support YCBCR 4:2:2 video format.
