Inserting the plug of your headphones into the headphone jack (16) will
enable you to listen in private.
• Avoid extended play at very high volume as it may impair your hearing.
•
If you experience ringing in your ears, reduce the volume or shut off
your unit.
• Keep the volume at a reasonable level even if your headset is an open-
air type designed to allow you to hear outside sounds. Please note that
excessively high volume may still block outside sounds.
LANGUAGE SETTING
This unit is available in 2 different language interface: English and German.
Follow the below procedure to change the language setting under DAB
radio mode:
1. Switch on the unit by pressing the On/Standby button (2), then press
Function button (8) to select “ DAB ” mode.
2. Press and hold the Menu/Sleep button (5) until the display showing “
DRC “.
3. Press Skip up
button (10) once and the display will show “Language“.
4. Press Enter/Play mode button (13) to enter and select the language by
using Skip up
/down
button (10). Then press Enter/Play mode
button (13) again to confirm.
5. The unit will automatically change the interface in the selected
language.
