Voice Mailboxes on the PBX

Message List

Listening to Messages

Proceed as follows:

•

Using the telephone

1. Open the message list of the voice mailbox.

2. In the list field on the left, above the message list, select one of the

following options:

All entries

: Displays all the entries saved in the message list.

Messages only

: Displays only the messages saved in the message list.

Voice memos only

: Displays only the voice memos saved in the

message list.

Archive

: Displays the voice mailbox archive.

Announcements

: Displays the saved and free announcements for the

voice mailbox.

Record voice memo

: Starts the recording of a voice memo.

3. Select a message.

Marks the telefax as new.

Deletes the displayed telefax. To delete all telefaxes from the
message list, press the

Menu key

and tap on

Delete all

messages

, then tap on

Sends the telefax to the e-mail address entered for e-mail
forwarding.
