Call Guard
Call Guard reminds you when you are making or receiving
a roaming call and requires you to take additional steps
before placing or answering roaming calls. These
additional steps are not required when you make or
receive calls while on the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network,
or if your PCS Service Plan includes roaming.
To turn Call Guard on or off:
1.
Press (
Menu
) to access the main menu.
2.
Select
Settings
( ).
3.
Select
Roaming
( ).
4.
Select
Call Guard
( ), read the message, and
press .
5.
Select
On
or
Off
then press .
To place roaming calls with Call Guard on:
1.
From standby mode, dial 1 + area code + seven digit
number and press
.
2.
Read the message and press .
3.
Select
On
or
Off
then press .
To answer incoming calls with Call Guard on:
1.
Press .
2.
Read the message and press .
3.
Select
On
or
Off
then press .
Note:
Remember, if the Call Guard feature is set to On , you need to take extra
steps to make and receive roaming calls, even if you have selected the
Analog setting.
