Quick Start Installation Guide

INTRODUCTION

This quick start guide contains information about how to install and configure the Audio-
Codes™ MP-100/104 Gateway. Although this guide covers both the MP-100 and MP-104
Gateways, the installation instructions apply to the MP-104. This gateway is the latest version
that is available through the Inter-Tel

®

 CommSource™ division. For details about the MP-100,

refer to the latest version of the

 IP Devices Manual

.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The following lists the system requirements for installing the AudioCodes MP-100/104 Gate-
way:

Internet Protocol Resource Card (IPRC) firmware v1.3 or later

NOTE: 

To support Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) on the AudioCodes MP-100/104

Gateway, v1.5 or later firmware is required.

Axxess

®

 v7.0 or later

SYSTEM DATABASE PROGRAMMING 

The IPRC firmware version determines how Axxess is programmed to support the gateways.
For details about system database programming, refer to the documents listed below.
