Reconfiguring Fax ATA or Changing Fax Number
If you are changing your fax number because you ported number
has completed, you must re-set the device b
efore
the changes take
effect. Follow these
instructions
to reset the device if you have been
instructed to do so by IPitimi.
To r
econfigure
your Fax ATA, follow the steps below.
1.
Unplug the power from the Fax ATA
.
2.
While the device is unplugged, insert the end of a paper clip into the
reset hole, and while holding it in, plug the power back into the device.
3.
Continue holding the paperclip in place for about 20 seconds while the
device powerrs on, until after the lights flash before removing the paper
clip.
4.

MPORTANT: Wait 5 to 15 minutes for the device to
re
configure before
unplugging or disturbing the device.
5.
When all 3 lights are solid green, you may now use the device.
4. Send a Fax
You can now send a fax from your Fax Machine or multi-function printer
(MFP).
