C435HD Users & Administrator's Manual

Click

Get Diagnostics

After a short period, view in the results pane a 'Finished' indication.

Open the folder on the PC to which you commanded the application to send the
information and locate and open the sub-folder 'logs'.

Open the txt files to view the diagnostics.
