Note: Not all parts are required for each receiver/antenna divider. Keep the unused parts in case you need to use the ATW-RA1
with a different model Audio-Technica receiver/antenna divider at a later date.
Installation
1200 Series ATW-R12 Receiver
Using the rack ears provided with the ATW-R12 receiver, assemble the antenna
adapters as shown in Figure 1. For best reception, the antennas should be
fully extended and positioned in the shape
of a “V” (45° from vertical).
Note: If two ATW-R12 wireless receivers are to be mounted side-by-side, two ATW-RA1 kits and one AT8628 mounting
plate are required. Use only the short rack ear provided with each receiver. Each rack ear has two pre-drilled mounting
holes to allow one antenna from each receiver to mount on each rack ear (four antennas total). Do not mount two
antennas from the same receiver to one rack ear, as this will inhibit diversity reception (Figure 2).
7000 Series ATW-R73 Receiver
Same as above except use BNC adapter to attach cable to receiver antenna jack.
Do not extend the antennas; use them fully collapsed.
