Attaching the product to the headphones

Attaching the ear hooks (included for headphones that wrap around the ear)

Attach this product to a pair of headphones. For details 

on the recommended headphones, see "Recommended 

headphone models" (p. 14).

• Turn this product off, remove the USB charging cable, 

and then connect or disconnect the headphones.

Attaching the product

Align the "L" (LEFT) and "R" (RIGHT) headphones with 

this product's corresponding cable connectors and 

then insert the cables into the headphones as shown 

in the figure until you hear a click.

Removing the product

Holding the bushing of this product's cable 

connector, pull straight in the direction of the arrow 

to remove the product.

*1  There is a delicate pin on the headphone side of the connecting 

part. Exercise caution when handling this part. If you pull on or 
insert this part at an angle, the pin may bend, which may result 
in malfunctions.

*2  Do not touch this product's connectors directly. Doing so may 

lead to contact failure.

Attaching the product

For headphones that wrap around the ear, you can 

attach the product to the ear hooks after attaching the 

product to the headphones.

Check the sides of the ear hooks marked "L" (LEFT) and 

"R" (RIGHT), and then attach the "L" ear hook to the "L" 

side of the product and the "R" ear hook to the "R" side 

of the product.

Insert the product's bushing and cable into the groove 

on the inside of the ear hook.
