TELEPHONE INDUCTOR AND
MIXED PROGRAM (SUN)
Your hearing system Sun is equipped with a telephone inductor,
which makes it easier for you to telephone. The telephone inductor
can also be used for better understanding in buildings in which
induction loops are installed (e.g. church, theatre, concert hall,
cinema, etc.).
If you want to telephone and at the same time understand what
someone nearby is saying, you can change to a mixed program,
in which both microphone and telephone inductor are activated.
ATTENTION
Not all telephones are suitable for use with a hearing
system. This applies in particular to cordless telephones and
cell phones.
Using the sliding switch on top of the hearing system you can
select the hearing program that is suitable for the particular
situation, or change from the microphone program to the
telephone or mixed program.
The change of program is accompanied by an audible signal
consisting of up to 5 successive beeps (depending on the
model).
