Cassette Player Operating Instruction
4.1
Insert a cassette into the slot with the label facing up. The digital disply
will read CASSETTE –IN. The symbol on the front panel will
illuminate when a cassette is being played.
4.2
The symbol or the symbol will illuminate on the digital display to
indicate the direction of play of the cassette.
4.3
To stop playback of a cassette tape, press the button on the front
panel. The cassette will stop playing and eject from the slot.
4.4
To fast-forward cassette playback, press the button. The cassette will
fast-forward until the next selection is located. Advancing will stop once
the next selection is located and playback will resume.
4.5
To reverse cassette playback, press the button. The digital display
will indicate a ‘0’ (current selection). Press the button once to search back
to the beginning of the current track, press twice to search back to the
beginning of the previous selection. The display will indicate ‘1’, press the
symbol again to search back to the beginning of the previous selection;
the display will indicate ‘2’, etc. Each press of the button will change the
display to count the number of selections from 1 to 9. Playback starts at
the beginning of the displayed selection number.
4.6
To make a forward track search, press the button. The display will
indicate a ‘1’. Press once to fast-forward to the next selection. The
display will indicate a ‘2’. Press the button again to fast-forward to the
next selection, the display will indicate a ‘3’, etc. Each press of the button
will change the display to count the number of selection from 1 to 9.
Playback starts at the beginning of the displayed selection number.
4.7
To eject the cassette from the slot, press the button.
