Problem Solution
The Bluetooth
Headphones will
not turn on.
Make sure your Bluetooth
Headphones have not run out
of battery. Connect it to a power
source via the included USB cable.
Pairing is
unsuccessful after
multiple attempts
Playback Time
Check if the indicator light is
flashing blue & green. If the
indicator light is off, please switch
the power button to turn on the
headphones. If the Bluetooth light
still doesn’t come on after holding
the power button, please charge
the Bluetooth Headphones.
Ensure that the Bluetooth
Headphones are not already
connected to another bluetooth
device.
Interference or
static during
playback
Reduce the distance between the
Bluetooth Headphones and the
paired Bluetooth device.
Please check the battery level of
the Bluetooth Headphones (via
the paired Bluetooth device) and
charge if necessary.
