myAudi Mobile App Connectivity

The myAudi app* helps to personalize your e-tron experience with a suite of smart services. Once
you set up a myAudi account and an Audi brand specialist has completed the Audi connect key
user setup, you can then log in from your e-tron via the MMI. To log in:
1.
From the Home Screen
select
User
.
2.
Select
myAudi login
.
3.
Enter your myAudi Username and Password,
press
Login
.
4.
Your myAudi account will now be connected.
5.
From the myAudi mobile application, select the
Vehicle icon on the bottom left. Scroll down to
the “myAudi marketplace” section Click on the
Shop
button to enter the marketplace View
eligible plans for your vehicle and select the plan
you would like.

To charge your e-tron:
1.
Unlock the vehicle to unlock the charging door.
2.
Press the charging port door button at the top right of the door.
The door will lower on its own.
3.
Insert the charger into the charging port.
•
The charging display will pulse white when connection
between the power source and the vehicle is being established.*
•
When charging, the charging display will pulse green.**
•
The
icon in the instrument cluster will pulse.
4.
Be sure to lock the doors before leaving.
5.
The charging display will stay green once the battery charge
is complete.
6.
To remove the charger, unlock the vehicle, then press the charging
port door button, wait a few seconds for unlock, and remove the
charging cable.
If the charging connector is not removed within 30 seconds, it will automatically
relock. Note that the vehicle will not start while the charging cable is plugged in.
*If charging is not delayed with a timer, the charging process will begin immediately.

Scheduled Charging
Scheduled charging allows the vehicle to only be charged during certain
times (e.g. when electricity rates are lower on a variable rate plan),
where applicable.
To set up a charging schedule:
1.
From the Home Screen
, press

When the charging target is displayed, swipe your finger
on lower portion of the display toward the left.
2.
Press the arrow to the far right of any one of the five available time slots.
3.
Select the days the vehicle should be charging and press
Next
.
4.
Select the desired departure time and press
OK
to set the schedule.
•
Press the toggle icon
to enable or disable each schedule.
•
Press the temperature icon to warm or cool the vehicle interior to the last set temperature by the scheduled
departure time.
Pulsing green:
charging
Flashing green:
timer is active, not
yet charging
Solid green:
battery fully charged
Solid yellow:
charging cable not
recognized
Solid red:
charging connector not
able to lock properly, or charging unit

Setting a Charging Target
Set the maximum charge level to which the high-voltage battery should
be charged. The charging target can be set between 50% and 100%.
For daily usage, the recommended charging target is 80%. For long
trips, it is recommended to set the charging target to 100%.
To set a charging target:
1.
From the Home Screen

2.
Press on the right section of the battery charge level display.
3.
Set the desired charging target.
