Safety notes
DANGER!
If there are any visible signs of damage to the cool box or electrical system, it should not be put
into operation.
Do not store any explosive substances in the device, such as spray cans with propellants.
The cooling unit is not suitable for transporting corrosive substances or substances containing
solvents.
WARNING
When the cooling unit is connected to the vehicle's 12-V socket:
Disconnect or switch off the cooling unit when you switch off the engine. Otherwise, the battery
may be discharged.
When operating the unit while the vehicle is not running, always ensure that your power supply/
battery still has sufficient capacity.
Disconnect your cooling unit and other electrical consumers from the battery before connecting
a quick charger.
WARNING
Electrical equipment is not a toy!
People (including children) who are not able to use the device safely due to their physical, senso-
ry or mental skills, inexperience or ignorance may not use the appliance without supervision or
instruction from a responsible person.
Store and use the device out of the reach of children.
Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the device.
Never pull out the plug of the 12-V socket using the connection cable.
If the connecting cable of this device is damaged, it must be replacedby the manufacturer, the
manufacturer’s customer service department or another qualified person in orderto avoid poten-
tial hazards.
Caution
Repairs to this device must be performed only by skilled personnel. Incorrect repairs can cause con-
siderable damage.
Foodstuffs may be stored within the device only in their original packaging or suitable containers.
Disconnect the device from the on-board supply:
– Before cleaning and maintenance
– After every use
