Recording of diagnostics and usage data
KYOCERA Corporation requests the cooperation of
customers with the improvement of product and service
quality. Fault diagnostics and usage data (customer's use
of applications, error logs, detailed information on
customer's application use (specific functions, frequency of
use, memory/battery use)) are recorded and stored in the
customer's device, with the purpose of allowing KYOCERA
Corporation to track and handle diagnostic events including
unexpected shutdowns and system errors in order to
improve quality and service. This information may be
collected with the customer's permission when device
repairs are requested.
