How to use the phone

Countermeasure for One Ring Calls

■

What are One Ring Calls?

One Ring Calls is a vicious act in which a call is hung up after only 1 ring so as to be left

in the Incoming Calls history. Receivers who call back will access programs for which they

must pay.

■

Icon as a countermeasure for One Ring Calls

With A5505SA, one ring calls (The ringer time is within 3 seconds)

are indicated with

(Red arrow) in the Incoming Calls history. Be

careful if you are not familiar with such phone numbers.

Calling Back (Outgoing Calls/Incoming Calls)

The last 20 phone numbers you dialed (Outgoing Calls) and received (Incoming Calls)

are saved in each list. You are able to redial one of these last dialed/received number.

Press

in the Standby

Screen.

Pressing

displays the Outgoing Calls.

Pressing

displays the Incoming Calls.

The list shows the most recent

calling/received call on the top.

Meanings of the icons

displayed in the received

records are as follows.

(Blue arrow): When the ringer time exceeds 3 seconds

(Red arrow): When the ringer time is within 3 seconds

Use
