When a phone number is displayed:
The other party has set Notify user ID to ON. If the other
party's name is already saved in the address book, that
person's name will also be displayed
When "User unset" is displayed:
The other party has set Notify user ID to OFF.

When "Pay phone" is displayed:
You have received a call from a pay phone.
When "Not support" is displayed:
You have received a call from a party that is not able to
