Tables : 

The frequency tables you want to scan. There are twelve tables available. All the 
tables listed will be scanned.  

 

 

 Screen

Antenna # : 

The number of antennas the receiver will sample.  This feature requires an 
external antenna switchbox connected to the AUX port of the R4500C.  If using a  
2-way switchbox, this would be set to 2. 

 

           EXT Data XFER: This setting is set to 

YES 

when transferring recorded data every hour to another 

device. This can be used for retrieving your data remotely. Two example devices 
are RDP (Remote Data Platform) and GOES (Geostationary Operational 
Environmental Satellites).  The GOES satellite operation and requires an account 
with NESDIS (National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service).  
Contact ATS for more information regarding GOES and RDPs. 

 
                      Period:  This setting informs the receiver what the time between coded pulse sets will be. 

The unit is specified in milliseconds. Codes that come in at a period different than 
the parameter entered here will be rejected.

To activate the Reference tag feature, use the

 key.  These two keys are used to toggle between 

the two choices.   
 
If you entered 

YES

 for the reference tag, you will be prompted to enter the reference tag frequency, and the store 

rate of the reference tag.
