which the product is used.
Intended use
The Fenestration Punch is used
for making small fenestrations
in a Provox LaryTube at desired
locations.
Device description
The Fenestration Punch is made of
polypropylene, stainless steel and
silicone and is used for making
small fenestrations in a Provox
LaryTube. This is done when the
Provox LaryTube is intended to be
used in combination with a voice
prosthesis.
Warning
• To avoid cross contamination
from one patient to another,
use appropriate hygienic
procedures and make sure that
each used device is cleaned,
disinfected, dried and steam
sterilized.
