Sharpen the Chain

Clean out the Gullet Area

Clean out gullet area using a round fi le

(4 mm, 1/8”).

A clean gullet area increases the space for the

saw dust to evacuate which contributes to in-
creased cutting speed.

It also opens the area for the fl at fi le to move

when sharpening the cutter.
