The RCB does not provide any external pull-up or pull-down resistors needed to be driven in a static way. However, the
software has to ensure proper port settings to avoid floating I/O lines.
After resetting the Atmega256RFR2, I/O ports are set as inputs and are floating. This may result in increased current
consumption. It is recommended to either enable internal pull-up resistors or to configure I/O ports as outputs
immediately after reset.
