This warranty excludes the following: acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire, or freeze); dam-
age caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence
and discoloration or fading of the finish or wicker as a result of exposure to the el-
ements. Product not intended for commercial use. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
