2. Fill in the fields according to the information provided in the table, below:
Field Description
User Name The user’s name appears here. This field is disabled, and
cannot be edited.
Description A short note to describe this account (optional). You can
edit the information if you so choose.
Password After enabling Change Password, this field becomes active.
You can change the user’s password according to the
following information:

The new password must be a minimum of eight
characters and cannot be longer than 16 characters. We
recommend using alphanumeric passwords for better
security.

Passwords are case sensitive.
M
Parenthesis, slashes, asterisks, spaces, the at sign (@),
and the hash sign (#) are not allowed.
Confirm
Password Reenter the new password to confirm you entered it
correctly.
Permissions Choose the permissions for this user.
3. When you have finished, click OK to save your changes. To exit without saving
any changes, click Cancel.
