PUK code 

 

• 

PUK code, referring to Personal Unlock Code, is used 
to unlock SIM card that is locked because of wrong 
input of PIN code.   

• 

If the PUK code entry attempts exceed ten times, the 
SIM card will be hard locked and a SIM replacement 
will be required.   

• 

PUK codes or Replacement SIM cards are provided by 
the Network Provider.
