DMZ

The DMZ, or Demilitarized Zone, opens up all ports to a specific local host . This 
means the specified host will not be protected by the built-in firewall . Therefore, 
this feature should be used with care .
DMZ is set to

 by default .

           

Port forwarding

Port forwarding allows remote computers on the Internet to connect to a 
specific computer or service within the private LAN . It operates based on rules 
specifying a protocol, the external ports, the internal IP address and internal 
ports .
