Disconnect POTS Modem (if it exists at your location)

Disconnect the power cable from the Modem

Disconnect the phone line from the back of the modem
3.
Disconnect the phone line from the wall jack
4.
Disconnect the Modem cable from the back of the modem
5.
Disconnect the Modem cable from the console port of the router
6.
Package all the above equipment in the supplied box.
7.
Drop it off or call UPS to pick it up, as per the mailing label.
8.
Call your phone company to disconnect the phone line connected to the modem if
you need to do so
