Troubleshooting
Remarks:
If troubleshooting does not eliminate the problem,
shut down the headset by pressing and holding the
on the device to reset. Shutting down the headset
resets it to factory default settings and results in the
deletion of all previous settings. In case the problem
still exists, see warranty information on page 18 to
obtain service.

Solution
Make sure BTH01 is fully
charged.
Make sure your Bluetooth
device has A2DP profile.
Check if both devices are
paired and connected
over Bluetooth.
Restart the BTH01 to
auto-connect with your
Bluetooth device.
Make sure your mobile has
HSP/HFP profile.
Check if both devices are
paired and connected
over Bluetooth.
Restart the BTH01 to
auto-connect with your
Bluetooth device.
Press play to resume
music.
Make sure your Bluetooth
device has AVRCP profile.

When the battery reaches less than 20%
capacity, voice prompt is “Battery low”.
·
“Battery low” voice prompt settings;
- At 3.5v = 20% capacity - Once.
- At 3.3v - Every 30 seconds until the
headset powers off.
